I. General provisions

1. The administrative regulations of provision by Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science of the state service in the state accreditation of educational activities (further - Regulations) determine terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures and actions by provision of the specified state service by Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (further - Rosobrnadzor).

Circle of applicants

2. Applicants on provision of the state service in the state accreditation of educational activities are:

a) the organizations performing educational activities for educational programs of the higher education;

b) the federal state professional educational organizations realizing educational programs of secondary professional education in spheres of defense, production by the defensive order, internal affairs, safety, nuclear power engineering, transport and communication, the knowledge-intensive production on specialties which list is approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 24, 2013 No. 437 "About approval of the list of specialties on which educational programs of secondary professional education in spheres of defense, productions by the defensive order, internal affairs, safety, nuclear power engineering, transport and communication, the knowledge-intensive production" are implemented by the federal state professional educational organizations <1>;

6. Is result of provision of the state service:

a) issue of the certificate (certificates) on the state accreditation and applications (appendices) to it (it) (according to educational programs of the primary general, main general, secondary general education concerning each level of the general education and according to the main professional educational programs concerning each level of professional education by each integrated group of professions, specialties and the directions of preparation) (further - the certificate on the state accreditation);
