2. Applicants on receipt of the state service are individual entrepreneurs, legal entities or physical persons (further - Applicants).

3. Informing on provision of the state service by Rosstandart is performed:

directly in Rosstandart building with use of means of evident information, including information stands and means of informing with use of information and communication technologies;

by means of use of telephone communication;

by mail (according to written addresses of applicants);

by means of the official site of Rosstandart on the information and telecommunication Internet, federal information fund for ensuring unity of measurements, the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)".

4. In case of the address with use of telephone communication on the phone numbers specified in Item 7 of these Regulations, the responsible of Management of metrology of Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology gives the certificate of content of Federal information fund for ensuring unity of measurements and to procedure for access to the data containing in the specified fund.

5. In case of the address with the written request to the address specified in Item 7 of these Regulations, the responsible of Management of metrology of Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology gives the certificate of content of Federal information fund for ensuring unity of measurements and to procedure for access to the data containing in the specified fund.

6. In Federal information fund for ensuring unity of measurements information on content of Federal information fund for ensuring unity of measurements and procedure for access to the data containing in the specified fund is placed.

In the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)", on the official site of Rosstandart on the Internet (further - the official site of Rosstandart) the following information is placed:
