Some questions of Public service of Ukraine for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on Public service of Ukraine for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation which is applied.

2. Bring in appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions of limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, the Art. 814) changes which are applied.

3. Place Public service for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation in rooms by the total area of 882,8 of sq.m (working area of 565,8 of sq.m) on the second (rooms No. 6-10, 17-23), on the fourth (rooms No. 27 and 31) and on pole (rooms No. 6-10 and 21-27) floors of the house on Pereulok Muzeyny, 12, in Kiev.

4. To fund of state-owned property to provide the conclusion with Public service for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation of the lease agreement of the rooms specified in Item 3 of this resolution on the terms of compensation to the asset holder of the actual expenses connected with their content.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 9, 2011 No. 1115 "About placement of Public service concerning disabled people and veterans".
