2. Assign to intervention and payments Agency in the field of agricultural industry suspension of approval process to payment of the statements accepted by intervention and payments Agency in the field of agricultural industry at the moment when the remaining balance of fund of subsidizing of agricultural producers reaches 30% of its size, proceeding from the size of the amounts of the statements approved to payment; the exception is constituted by the statements executed in the conditions of the Law No. 243-XV of 8.07.2004 on subsidized insurance of industrial hazards with agricultural industry and statements for measures for support 4 and 6 regarding stock-rearing farms according to subitems 1) and 2) of Item 61 and measure 8 in the part concerning the investments executed according to subitems 1) and 2) of Item 80 from Regulations on approval of procedure for distribution of fund of the subsidizing of agricultural producers approved by the Order of the Government No. 135 of 24.02.2014.

3. Determine that the statements on providing financial support adopted during suspension of approval process to payment will be considered, including are subjected to checks and additional inspection, however without their approval to payment. This procedure will be resumed since November 1, 2014 within the fund which remained for date of suspension of process of authorization of approval to payment.

4. To intervention and payments agency in the field of agricultural industry to impute obligation:

a) along with suspension of approval process to payment to publish this information on official web pages of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry and intervention and payments Agency in the field of agricultural industry;

b) resume the procedure of approval of payments with application of the established coefficient taken from the relation of remaining balance of fund of subsidizing to total cost of the statements approved to payment since November 1, 2014;

c) provide publication of this order in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and also on official electronic pages of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry and intervention and payments Agency in the field of agricultural industry.
