1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on implementation of monitoring of use of housing stock and ensuring its safety.

Regulations on implementation of monitoring of use of housing stock and ensuring its safety

1. This Provision establishes procedure of monitoring of use of housing stock and ensuring its safety (further - monitoring) the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. In this Provision monitoring is understood as the systematic observation of use of housing stock and ensuring its safety performed by means of systematization and the analysis of official statistical information according to the list of indicators of monitoring of use of housing stock and ensuring its safety approved by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (further - the list of indicators of monitoring).

3. Object of monitoring is the housing stock determined according to article 19 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation.

4. The purposes of monitoring are:

a) determination of condition of housing stock according to the list of indicators of monitoring;

b) systematization and generalization of information on housing stock provided by the subitem "an" of this Item and reflection of the obtained data in the report on analysis results of use of housing stock and ensuring its safety prepared according to Item 10 of this provision;

c) timely informing public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and the interested federal executive bodies on change of condition of housing stock according to the list of indicators of monitoring.
