About regulations of need of the Republic of Kazakhstan for drugs and psychotropic substances for 2015
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 1998 "About drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and measures of counteraction to their illicit trafficking and abuse of them" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. To send to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the headquarters of the International committee on control over drugs of the United Nations (Vienna, the Republic of Austria) for approval of the international quotas of regulation of need of the Republic of Kazakhstan for drugs and psychotropic substances for 2015 according to appendix to this resolution.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after approval of the international quotas in accordance with the established procedure to bring in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for approval of the state quota for drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors for 2015 calculations of requirement within which their turnover is performed by the legal entities having licenses.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
