1. Approve:

2) Regulations on territorial authority - territorial department of Committee of the state energy supervision and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the respective area, the cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of atomic and energy supervision and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee of atomic and energy supervision and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Esimkhanov S. K.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication, except for subitems 7) and 18) of Item 14 of the Provision approved by this order which become effective since November 21, 2014.

Provision of republican public institution "Committee of the state energy supervision and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The republican public institution "Committee of the state energy supervision and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Committee) is the department of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan performing management in the fields of power industry and power system regarding production, transportation and realization of heat energy.

2. The committee performs the activities according to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, and also Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and this Provision.

3. The committee is legal entity in form of business of republican public institution, has symbols and distinctions (in case of their availability), seals with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and stamps with the name in the state and Russian languages, forms of the established sample, accounts in bodies of treasury according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
