About the Procedure for test of reliability and completeness of data on the income, property and obligations of property nature of judges of Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, officials and employees of the Office of Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also members of their families

According to the subitem 11 of Item 2 of article 12 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states Solved:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for test of reliability and completeness of data on the income, property and obligations of property nature of judges of Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, officials and employees of the Office of Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also members of their families.

2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.

Procedure for test of reliability and completeness of data on income, property and obligations of property nature of judges of Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, officials and employees of the Office of Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also members of their families

1. The judge of Court of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively – the judge, Court), the official, the employee of the Office of Court represents annually:

a) data on the income gained for the accounting period (from January 1 to December 31) from all sources (including the salary (monetary pay), pensions, benefits, other payments), the property belonging to it on the property right, and obligations of property nature as of the end of the accounting period (further – data on the income, property and obligations of property nature);

b) data on the income of the spouse (spouse) and the minor children received for the accounting period (from January 1 to December 31) from all sources (including the salary (monetary pay), pensions, benefits, other payments), property and obligations of property nature as of the end of the accounting period.

2. If both spouses are judges, officials, employees of the Office of Court, one of them represents the data specified in subitems "an" and "b" of Item of 1 this Procedure, and another – the data specified in the subitem "an" of Item of 1 this Procedure.

3. Data on the income, property and obligations of property nature are represented to the employee of department of financial and organizational and personnel work of the Secretariat of Court to which job responsibilities work with data on the income, property and obligations of property nature belongs (further – the authorized employee). Data on the income, property and obligations of property nature are presented in the form of references in form according to appendices No. 1 and 2 annually, no later than April 30 of the year following reporting.

4. If the judge, the official, the employee of the Office of Court found out that they in the data on the income provided by them, property and obligations of property nature are not reflected necessary data (are not completely reflected), they have the right to provide such data within 12 months after the termination of the term specified in Item 3 presents of the Procedure.

5. The official, the employee of the Office of Court who did not provide data on the income, property and obligations of property nature without reasonable excuse are subject to attraction to disciplinary responsibility.

6. Data on the income, property and obligations of property nature have confidential character.
