1. Approve:

1) Regulations of the state service "Registration of Contracts for Subsurface Use, Except for Contracts for Investigation, Production or the Combined Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbonic Raw Materials and Popular Minerals" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Regulations of the state service "Registration of the Agreement of Pledge of the Right of Subsurface Use, Except for Contracts for Investigation, Production or the Combined Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbonic Raw Materials and Popular Minerals" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Regulations of the state service "Issue of permission to use of means of liquidating fund according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Regulations of the state service "Registration of the servitudes for subsoil plots provided for carrying out investigation, production or construction and (or) operation of the underground constructions which are not connected with investigation or production in the cases provided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About subsoil and subsurface use" according to appendix 4 to this order;

To Declare 5) invalid the order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2012 No. 469 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the sphere of subsurface use, except for hydrocarbonic raw materials".

2. To department of subsurface use of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Toktabayev T. S.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sauranbayev N. E.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its official publication.
