For the purpose of determination of the technical and economic information concerning functioning of system of natural gas which is subject to publication by owners of licenses, based on Art. provisions 8, the paragraph. (1), the item i) the Natural Gas Act No. 123 of December 23, 2009. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 23-24/31) the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve lists of technical and economic indicators of activities of operators of the transferring networks, operators of distribution networks and suppliers of natural gas on regulated rates, according to appendices No. 1, 2 and 3.
2. To operators of the transferring networks, operators of distribution networks and suppliers of natural gas on regulated rates to post quarterly and annually on the electronic websites technical and economic indicators, according to appendices No. 1, 2 and 3.
3. To impose control over observance of this Resolution on legal department and licensing and on department of rates and economic analyses.
