About development of the system of marking of separate types of products of light industry in the territories of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space

The supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states Solved:

1. To provide to the governments of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation together with the Eurasian economic commission realization of pilot project on introduction of marking of products on goods item "Articles of clothing, belongings to clothes and other products, from natural fur" in 2015-2016 (further – pilot project).

2. To the supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of governments to consider question of creation and functioning of system of marking of light industrial goods taking into account start of pilot project.

3. Determine the executive bodies of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space performing coordination of activities for forming in state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space of system of marking of light industrial goods:

in the Republic of Belarus – the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus;

in the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

in the Russian Federation – the Federal Tax Service.
