1.2. Maintaining the register of licenses for activities in the field of use of the sources of ionizing radiation (generating) (except for case, if these sources are used in medical activities), issued by Department of the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare for the subject of the Russian Federation, rail transport.

Control of observance by the licensees performing activities in the field of use of the sources of ionizing radiation (generating) (except for case if these sources are used in medical activities), the licensed requirements established by the Regulations on licensing of activities in the field of use of the sources of ionizing radiation (generating) (except for case, if these sources are used in medical activities) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 02.04.2012 No. 278 "About licensing of activities in the field of use of the sources of ionizing radiation (generating) (except for case if these sources are used in medical activities)".

3.2. Maintaining the register of the granted licenses based on information provided by Departments of Rospotrebnadzor for subjects of the Russian Federation, rail transport.
