RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

About measures for further development of civil aviation, improvement of financial condition and strengthening of material and technical resources NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari

(as amended of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 21.04.2015 No. 97)

For the purpose of creation of conditions for development and implementation of new types of aviation engineering, providing high level of aviation safety, reconstruction of land infrastructure of civil aviation, increase in competitiveness in the foreign markets of air transportation and strengthenings of material and technical resources the Cabinet of Ministers decides NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari:

1. Take into consideration that NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari is implemented number of the investment projects directed to unification and updating of the park of air vehicles, upgrade and reconstruction of land infrastructure of civil aviation. Now projects on acquisition of two airplanes "Boing-787-800", reconstruction of the airports of the cities of Urgench, Fergana and Namangan, acquisition of the special land equipment and the airport equipment are implemented.

2. Determine that the aerotechnical property imported NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari within contracts on technical maintenance of operation of air vehicles on system of returnable exchange collection (Pool) is not subject to taxation by customs payments (except for charges for customs clearance).

3. Exempt for up to January 1, 2020 from customs payments (except for charges for customs clearance) the equipment, materials, spare parts, components and nodes, the industrial equipment and tools which are not made in the Republic of Uzbekistan, imported NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari according to the list according to appendix.

4. To the State Tax Committee together with the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to establish strict control of target use of the equipment, the materials, spare parts, components and nodes, the industrial equipment and tools imported NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari according to this resolution.

Determine that in case of inappropriate use of the equipment, materials, the spare parts, components and nodes, the industrial equipment and tools imported according to this resolution, the amount of the customs payments which are not paid in connection with provision of customs privileges is collected in the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan using financial sanctions, stipulated by the legislation.

5. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to the procedure of exception to perform customs clearance of the equipment, the materials, spare parts, components and nodes, the industrial equipment and tools imported according to this resolution without submission of the export cargo customs declaration.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
