Procedure for transfer of data on results of carrying out special assessment of working conditions

1. The procedure for transfer of data on results of carrying out special assessment of working conditions (further - the Procedure) determines rules of transfer of data on results of carrying out special assessment of working conditions.

2. Data on results of carrying out special assessment of working conditions are transferred by the organization which is carrying out special assessment of working conditions within ten working days from the date of approval of the report on its carrying out, except for the data which are the state or protected by the law other secret and taking into account requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation about personal data:

on paper and (or) electronic media - in territorial authority of Federal Service for Labour and Employment in the location of workplaces, concerning working conditions on which special assessment of working conditions was carried out, and in case of carrying out special assessment of working conditions concerning working conditions on the workplaces located in the territory of several subjects of the Russian Federation - in Federal Service for Labour and Employment;

in electronic form, signed by the qualified digital signature, in the automated analysis system and control in the field of labor protection.

3. About results of carrying out special assessment of the working conditions transferred according to this Procedure without fail join in the scope of information:

the number of the workers occupied on this workplace;

class (subclass) of working conditions on this workplace, and also class (subclass) of working conditions concerning everyone harmful and (or) dangerous production factors with indication of their name, units of their measurement, the measured values, the corresponding standard rates (hygienic standard rates) of working conditions, duration of impact of these harmful and (or) dangerous production factors on the worker;

basis for forming of the rights to early work old-age pension (in the presence);

c) concerning the organization which was carrying out special assessment of working conditions:

full name;

registration number of entry in the register of the organizations which are carrying out special assessment of working conditions;

identification taxpayer number;

primary state registration number;

data on accreditation of test laboratory (center), including number and effective period of the certificate of accreditation of test laboratory (center);

information about experts of the organization which was carrying out special assessment of the working conditions participating in its carrying out including surname, name, middle name, position and registration number of entry in the register of experts of the organizations which are carrying out special assessment of working conditions;

the data on the measuring instruments applied by test laboratory (center) including the name of gage and its room in Federal information fund for ensuring unity of measurements, serial number of measuring instrument, expiry date of its checking, date of measurements, names of the measured harmful and (or) dangerous production factors.
