Regulations on the interdepartmental commission on recognition of the room by premises, premises unsuitable for accommodation and the apartment house to the emergency and subject demolitions or reconstruction

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on the interdepartmental commission determine procedure for creation and work of the interdepartmental commission on recognition of the room by premises, premises unsuitable for accommodation and the apartment house to the emergency and subject demolitions or reconstruction <*>.

II. Purposes, tasks and functions of the interdepartmental commission

4. The interdepartmental commission is created for the purpose of recognition of the room by the premises suitable to the emergency and subject demolitions or reconstruction (Provision Item 7), (unsuitable) for accommodation of citizens, and also the apartment house.

5. Task of the interdepartmental commission is evaluating premises on compliance to requirements of the Provision and recognition of premises suitable (unsuitable) for accommodation, and also the apartment house to the emergency and subject demolitions or reconstruction (Provision Item 42).

6. By results of work the interdepartmental commission accepts one of the following decisions:

about room compliance to requirements imposed to premises, and its suitability for accommodation;

about need and possibility of carrying out capital repairs, reconstruction or re-planning (if necessary with the feasibility statement) for the purpose of reduction of the characteristics of premises lost in use in compliance with the established requirements of the Provision and after their completion - about assessment procedure continuation;

about discrepancy of the room to requirements imposed to premises with indication of the bases on which the room is recognized unsuitable for accommodation;

about recognition of the apartment house emergency and subject to demolition;

about recognition of the apartment house emergency and subject to reconstruction (Provision Item 47).
