1. Agree with offers of khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent, GAKB of Usak and O LLC zavtosanoat - Leasing" and AKIB "Ipoteka bank" about financing at the expense of means of additional sources of the local budget of the city of Tashkent:

expenses of GPU Makhsustrans, connected with repayment in 2014 - 2018 of leasing payments before GAKB of Usak and O LLC zavtosanoat-Leasing", and also servicing of the credit of AKIB "Ipoteka bank" for earlier acquired special transport equipment in the terms established by payment schedules according to appendices No. 1 - 3 *;

construction of collection points for municipal solid waste of GPU Makhsustrans in 2014 according to appendix No. 4.

2. To provide to khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent in accordance with the established procedure:

the choice of places and withdrawal of the parcels of land in districts of the city of Tashkent under construction of collection points for municipal solid waste;

development of the design estimates and approval of address lists of construction of collection points for municipal solid waste;

system monitoring of the course of construction of collection points for municipal solid waste and target use of the allocated funds and the special transport equipment;

development of complex of actions for the organization of sorting and utilization of municipal solid waste taking into account their further wasteless conversion for the purpose of expense reduction on transportation;

carrying out on annual basis of continuous inventory count of the physical persons and legal entities using services in export of municipal solid waste, forming of subscriber base;

implementation of modern information and communication system due to enhancement of the computerized Billing program and equipment of the special transport equipment the automated system of the remote control "GPS".

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov and hokim of the city of Tashkent of R. D. Usmanov.
