4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

1. Subjects of visit are the physical persons or legal entities performing activities in the following injury-causing types of economic activity:

1) mining industry and development of pits;

2) construction (except for developments of construction projects);

3) production, transfer and electricity distribution;

4) water supply, sewer system, control over collection and distribution of waste (except for collection, processing and waste disposal; waste recyclings, recultivation and other services in the field of waste disposal);

5) rural, forest and fishery;

6) processing industry (except for constructions, repair and maintenance of the ships and floating designs);

7) transport and warehousing (except for sea and coastal passenger transport, activities of taxi, warehouse economy and auxiliary transport activities, post and express activities).

2. Depending on the number of workers subjects of control are distributed on three groups:

with annual average number of workers over 250 people, visits - no more once a year;

with annual average number of workers over 50 people, visits - no more once in two years;

with annual average number of workers up to 50 people, visits - no more once in three years.
