3. To provide to department of administrative work of the Agency state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To department of administrative work of the Agency to bring this order to the attention of structural and territorial subdivisions of the Agency.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
