1. The extent of insufficiency of means of pension accruals which is subject to compensation by the Bank of Russia to the Pension fund is calculated in case of receipt from the Pension fund of the letter signed by the chairman of the board of the Pension fund (person, it replacing) containing the following information:

the name and license number of non-state pension fund (further - fund);

information on the amount of insurance premiums for financing of accumulated portion of work old-age pension, additional insurance premiums for funded portion of work pension, the fees of the employer paid to advantage of insured person, fees on joint financing of forming of pension accruals, the funds (part of the means) of the maternity (family) capital allocated for forming of funded portion of work pension, which arrived in the Pension fund for benefit of the insured persons creating funded portion of work pension in fund from the beginning of forming of pension accruals on date of transfer of means of pension accruals to the Pension fund;

information on the amount of the means of pension accruals received by the Pension fund from fund;

the dates of receipt by the Pension fund from fund of means of pension accruals;

account details of the Pension fund for money transfer for the purpose of compensation to the Pension fund of insufficiency of means of pension accruals;

information on the amounts of means of the insured persons determined according to parts 1 - 3 Articles 6 of the Federal Law No. 422-FZ for date of transfer by fund of means of pension accruals to the Pension fund.

2. In case of cancellation of the license of fund which is not registered in system of guaranteeing the rights of insured persons the extent of insufficiency of means of pension accruals which is subject to compensation by the Bank of Russia to the Pension fund is calculated according to part 6 of article 23 of the Federal Law No. 422-FZ.

In case of introduction of prohibition of the Bank of Russia on implementation of transactions of fund for mandatory pension insurance according to article 21 of the Federal Law No. 422-FZ the extent of insufficiency of means of pension accruals which is subject to compensation by the Bank of Russia to the Pension fund is calculated according to part 7 of article 21 of the Federal Law No. 422-FZ.

3. The Bank of Russia within 15 working days from the date of receipt of information specified in Item of 1 this Instruction calculates according to Item 2 presents of the Instruction the extent of insufficiency of means of pension accruals which is subject to compensation by the Bank of Russia to the Pension fund and transfers the amount which is subject to compensation to the Pension fund.

4. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication in "the Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".
