3. Perform financing of central office of Management of non-departmental state examination of the town-planning project documentation at the expense of means of the republican budget and other means in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. Permit the Head of department of non-departmental state examination of the town-planning project documentation to have one deputy.
5. Set limit of passenger office cars to Management of non-departmental state examination of the town-planning, project documentation in number of 1 unit.
6. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007, No. 179 "About Management of non-departmental state examination of construction projects".

1. Management of non-departmental state examination of the town-planning project documentation (further - Management of state examination), is executive body state the authorities of the republic Tajikistan, performing state examination of technical and economic calculations and feasibility statements on projects for construction, reconstruction and modernization of the companies, buildings and constructions (further - the town-planning project documentation), irrespective of sources of financing of construction and patterns of ownership of objects in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Management of state examination is in the Scheme of management of Committee on architecture and construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. Management of state examination in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the constitutional laws, codes, the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, resolutions of Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan and this Provision.
4. Exercises control of state examination the activities directly and in interaction with the central executive bodies of the government, local executive bodies of the government, public organizations, physical persons and legal entities.

- implementation of assessment of conformity of observance of requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of architecture and construction in the town-planning project documentation;
- implementation of assessment of reliability, safe operation of the town-planning project documentation, rational placement of buildings and constructions taking into account sanitary consumer services, providing healthy and safe work environment;
- implementation of assessment of conformity behind application certified and technically the import technologies examined in accordance with the established procedure, the equipment, materials and designs in the town-planning project documentation;
- development and implementation of plans of compliance of quality of the town-planning project documentation;
