1. Approve the Provision, Structure of central office, the Scheme of management and the List of the companies of Service for the state supervision in the sphere of architecture and construction (appendices 1, 2, 3 and 4).

2. Establish, the extreme number of employees of Service on the state supervision in the sphere of architecture and construction in number of 61 units (without service personnel), including numerical structure of central office in number of 13 units.

3. To provide financing of 25 established posts of Service on the state supervision in the sphere of architecture and construction at the expense of means of the republican budget and 36 units, including 2 units of central office, at the expense of special, the means approved in accordance with the established procedure with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also due to servicing according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and 0,15 of percent for the depreciation account of the established regulations of contingencies of construction constructions.

4. Permit the Chief of Service on the state supervision in the sphere of architecture of i.stroitelstvo to have one deputy.

5. Establish to central office of Service on the state supervision in the sphere of architecture and construction limit of automobile office cars in number of one unit.

6. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007, No. 177 "About Public service on supervision in the sphere of construction and architecture".

1. General provisions

- interaction with other state supervision bodies, research, project and public organizations concerning quality assurance of construction products, observance of the construction legislation, protection of the rights of citizens to full living environment.
