3. To Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform check of identification taxpayer numbers and other important data with use of the information system "Single Window" of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of registration of transactions on import, export and transit within single network of exchange of information.

4. To the state unitary enterprise "Center" of single window" under Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the interested ministries and departments to develop and sign bilateral agreements about information exchange.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Rules of information exchange of state bodies and other organizations, authorized to make decisions on issue to subjects of foreign trade activity of allowing documents and certificates for import, export and transit of goods by the principle "Single window" (further - Rules) determine procedure for information exchange between the state unitary enterprise "Center" of single window" under Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - the Center of "Single window") and the involved state bodies and other organizations, authorized to issue allowing documents and certificates for import, export and transit of goods by the principle "Single window" (further - the involved bodies) and with use of the Information system of "Single window" on export-import and transit transactions.

2. Access of the involved bodies to functions of the Information system of "Single window" and its information resources is provided through the website of the Center of "Single window" which is operator of the Information system of "Single window".

3. Responsibility of the Center of "Single window" and the relevant involved organs is regulated based on the agreements on exchange of information signed between them (further - the agreement of the parties).

4. Information exchange between the Center of "Single window" and corresponding the involved bodies - is performed by means of sending electronic document forms, requests and receipt of answers in electronic form based on the formats and terms determined by the agreement of the parties.

5. The center of "Single window", for the purpose of ensuring information exchange with the involved bodies by means of the Information system of "Single window" and implementation of continuous and effective management of system, shall:

- carry out initial registration of the applicant as user of the Information system of "Single window" by means of the interface of the user of the Information system of "Single window", to check reliability of Identification taxpayer number of the applicant through the Information system of "Single window" in interaction with the information system providing state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. - keep the database of all authorized users of the Information system of "Single window" and at least once a month to provide check or reconciliation of data and to notify the involved bodies on corresponding changes;

- give technical support to all authorized users of the Information system of "Single window" in process of their appeal to service of technical support by phone or by e-mail;

- provide servicing and updating at least once in month of data of information portal and the operational portal of the Information system of "Single window";

- carry out monitoring of the provided services and provide to the involved bodies within 10 working days for the expiration of every month the corresponding report;

- carry out servicing of the server hardware and the database of the Information system of "Single window" for ensuring their smooth operation;

- provide protection of servers against unauthorized access;

- provide access for users to the Information system of "Single window" in strict accordance with powers;
