For the purpose of stimulation of achievements in the field of tourism and enhancement of system of awarding the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Found 10 annual awards of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of tourism in the amount of 1 million rubles everyone.

2. Determine that the expenses connected with payment of cash part of the awards specified in Item 1 of this resolution, production of prize sets, their solemn delivery, the organization of tender of the works pushed on competition of these awards are performed within the means provided in the federal budget to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the specified purposes.

3. Approve the enclosed Regulations on awards of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of tourism.

Regulations on awards of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of tourism

1. Awards of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of tourism (further - awards) are awarded to citizens of the Russian Federation for achievement in the field of tourism in the following directions:

for the best project on development of internal and entrance tourism;

for the best project on development of social tourism;

for the best investment project on development of objects of the tourist industry;

for the best innovative project in the field of tourism;

for the best project on development of the hotel industry;

for the best project in the field of professional education in the field of tourism;

for the best scientific development (research) in the field of tourism;

for the best project on promotion of the tourist products of the Russian Federation directed to promoting of internal and international tourism (promotion of tourist resources of the region, the guide, the website and another).

2. Award of awards is performed by the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation based on offers of Interdepartmental council on award of awards of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of tourism (further - Council).

Annually, in December, Council declares through mass media the next tender on competition of awards.

3. Representation of works on competition of awards in Council is made by federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, associations, the unions and other organizations irrespective of their form of business.

The procedure for representation of works, registrations of materials and documents of job seekers of awards, and also determination of selection criteria of winners on competition of awards are performed according to the requirements developed by Council and containing in Regulations on Council.

The regulations on Council affirm the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

4. Promotion on competition of awards of the works conferred or other awards of the state value pushed on competition in other fields of activity on the same bases is not allowed.

The same author (group of authors) can be pushed at the same time on award competition on 2 and more works.

The winner of award has the right to be pushed repeatedly on award competition not earlier than in 5 years, subsequent after year of winning of the award.

On competition of awards only those works which were published or promulgated different way at least for 1 year preceding promotion of the candidate for winning of the award can be pushed.

5. The group of authors of each work shall not exceed 5 people.

Inclusion in the list of job seekers of persons performing only administrative or organizational functions in the course of performance of work is not allowed.

Cash part of award is distributed between awarded in equal shares.

6. Authors cannot be pushed on award competition posthumously, except for those who were part of on-stage performance group.

7. Works, materials and documents of job seekers of award are provided in Council no later than March 1 of the current year. Their consideration by Council, including examination and preparation of offers on award of awards, is performed till August 1 of the current year.

8. Persons awarded awards in a festive atmosphere are handed the diploma of the winner of award, medal of the winner of award and the certificate to it.

10. The diploma and medal of the died winner of award or conferred award posthumously are transferred it to family, and cash part of award is descended according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
