Some questions of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the subitem 3) Item 2 of article 21 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 1995 "About the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and with article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 3, 1995 "About Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan" POSTANOVLYAYU:
1. Determine that symbol of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the emblem of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Approve the enclosed images and the description:
flag of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
emblems of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Determine that:
1) the flag of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan is set in office of the Chief of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The flag is taken out exposed) from placements on the parades of troops, actions connected with participation of staff and in other necessary cases connected with participation of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the emblem of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan is established on office buildings of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) by orders and other regulations of the Chief of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan also other cases of use and obligatory reproduction of the image of symbols of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan can be provided.
4. Determine that production of symbols of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed by the companies making the state symbolics of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the expense of the means determined by the budget on content of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.

The flag of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan represents the bilateral rectangular panel of blue color made of the satin-backed crepe folded double (fy) and sheathed on border from three parties by golden silk fringe. In the central part of flag the small emblem of Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan executed by application - seven-final planimetric star of cornflower-blue color in golden frame in which center on the white field the five-pointed star of blue color in golden frame is placed is represented. In five-pointed star elements of National Flag - the sun and the eagle of golden color soaring under it are located.
On the upper edge of panel of flag golden (yellow) silk executes text KAZAKSTAN RESPUBLIKASY, on bottom edge - "MEMLEKETT_K KUZET KYZMET І".
The flag width relation to length - one to one and a half (1000 mm - 1500 mm). Diameter of seven-final planimetric star - 1/3 width of flag. Diameter of five-pointed star - 1/6 width of flag. Images and texts on both parties of flag are identical.
Drevkovy part of panel of flag is stitched by the seam allowing to put on flag staff.
Staff with a diameter of 32 mm and 2200 mm long. On figured navershiya the twisted silk cord of golden color with two brushes on the ends is fixed. Length of cord is 1600-2000 mm.
