1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure of customs control and customs clearance of the electric power moved on power lines through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Enact this resolution after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Regulations on procedure of customs control and customs clearance of the electric power moved on power lines through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan

I. General provisions

1. In this Provision the basic concepts of the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also the following terms and designations are used:

the power supplying organization (power organization) - the legal entity who has right to sell and distributions of energy under the agreement;

electrical supply under the agreement - the quantity of electrical energy transferred from power supply system of one state to power supply system of other state during the settlement period under the agreement of business entities;

The integrated Power System of Central Asia (OES TsA) consolidation of power supply systems of the states of Central Asia, connected by power lines during the work in the single energy mode;

parallel work of power supply systems of the states - joint operation of power supply systems of the states of Central Asia combined by the single electric mode which is followed as planned, and unplanned (technological) overflows of the electric power;

"KDTs "energy" - the Coordination dispatch center "Energy" of the states of Central Asia;

interstate technical overflows electric энергииэто overflows of electrical energy between power supply systems of the states connected among themselves by power lines on which movement of electrical energy through customs border of this or that state is performed;

commercial overflows of electrical energy between electric utility systems:

the states of OES TsA - the overflows distributed by KDTs "Energy" on actually taken place operating mode of power supply systems based on their balance overflows (operational or actual) proceeding from the signed contracts between power supply systems for mutually electrical supply and conditions of parallel work of all power supply systems;

other states - the overflows determined by the power organization authorized to perform movement of the electric power through customs borders of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

technological (unplanned) overflows of electrical energy between power supply systems - quantity of the electrical energy moved between in parallel the working power supply systems of the states over the approved contractual amounts of balance overflow for settlement period including:

the overflows of electrical energy resulting from regulation and maintenance of its parameters in the set limits;

discrepancy between operational and actual information on overflows.

the overflows of electrical energy arising between power supply systems of the states, performed for the purpose of the prevention, prevention or liquidation of emergencies;

transit of electrical energy - transfer of the electrical energy on power networks of one state made in the territory of another and intended for the territory of the third state;
