About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize territorial subdivisions of Committee of forest and hunting economy and Committee of fishery of the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan by merge into territorial subdivisions of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Rename:

1) territorial subdivisions of Committee on water resources of the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in territorial subdivisions of Committee on water resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

2) the republican state companies and republican public institutions of the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican state companies and republican public institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

3. Determine the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the republican state companies specified in appendix 3 to this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.
