2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. Financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year.

Rules of implementation of protection of special facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or its territorial authority intended for content of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who are subject to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation, deportation or readmission

1. These rules establish procedure of protection of special facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or its territorial authority intended for content of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who are subject to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation or deportation, or the foreign citizens and stateless persons who are subject to transfer by the Russian Federation to foreign state according to the international treaty of the Russian Federation on readmission or the foreign citizens and stateless persons accepted by the Russian Federation from foreign state according to the international treaty of the Russian Federation on readmission, but who do not have legal causes for stay (residence) in the Russian Federation (further - special facilities).

2. Protection of special facilities is performed by divisions of police of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, including together with the federal state unitary enterprise "Okhrana" of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation or the private security organizations based on agreements (contracts) signed according to legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

3. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities provide:

a) technical reinforcement of the protected objects, including equipment of the protected objects systems of the security (perimeter) and disturbing alarm system, control and management systems for access, systems of video surveillance and video control, warning systems and communications;

b) the organization and holding fire-proof actions, including equipment of the protected objects systems of the fire alarm according to regulating documents on fire safety;

c) operation and content in good repair means of ensuring of technical reinforcement, technical means of protection specified in the subitem "an" of this Item, systems of the fire alarm;

d) repair and operational servicing of the technical means of protection specified in the subitem "an" of this Item.
