Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (autotrance) "The report on use of road transport" of quarter frequency and enact it starting with the report for the I quarter 2015.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (autotrance) "The report on use of road transport" and enact them starting with the report for the I quarter 2015.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, according to Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (autotrance) "The report on use of road transport", approved by this resolution.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2013 No. 187 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (autotrance) "The report on use of road transport" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.09.2013, 7/2571).
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 29, 2015.
