About approval of standard rates of forming of maintenance costs of public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of implementation of Article 130 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed method of computing standards of forming of maintenance costs of public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to perfrom calculation of standard rates of forming of maintenance costs of public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation and to bring values of the specified standard rates to the attention of public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation.

3. To executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in which budgets the share of grants from the federal budget during two of three last reporting financial years exceeded 10 percent of amount of own income of the consolidated budget of the subject of the Russian Federation, including autonomous areas which part municipalities are, being in the next financial year receivers of grants for equalization of fiscal capacity of municipalities at the expense of budgets of edges, areas to consider standard rates, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, when forming the budget statement of the subject of the Russian Federation for the next financial year and planning period as limiting share of amount of maintenance costs legislative (representative), executive and other public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation in the total amount of the tax and non-tax income of the consolidated budget of the subject of the Russian Federation and the grant for equalization of fiscal capacity of the subject of the Russian Federation.

4. Recognize invalid:
