1. Approve the enclosed list of the organizations and objects on which the non-state fire service is without fail created.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 8, 2007 No. 781 "About approval of the list of the organizations and objects on which the fire service" (by SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 33, the Art. 366) is without fail created;

2) Item of 38 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of fire safety, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 18, 2008 No. 1068 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of fire safety" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 43, the Art. 492).

1. Organizations and objects for production, conversion, storage, providing and oil transportation and gas:

1) objects for oil extraction:

2) objects for gas production irrespective of performance - with the exit equipment;

3) oil pumping stations:

in total up to forty capacity of cubic meters - without the exit equipment; in total forty capacity of cubic meters and more - with the exit equipment;

4) gas-compressor stations irrespective of general capacity of gas-distributing aggregates - with the exit equipment;

5) gas processing plants irrespective of production capacity - with the exit equipment;

with a total volume of reservoirs up to eight thousand cubic meters - without the exit equipment;

1) companies for production of petrochemical products (polypropylene, polyethylene, aromatic hydrocarbons, synthetic rubber, polystyrene and others):

with total floor space from three thousand to ten thousand square meters if ten percent and more this space are occupied by explosion-fire-hazardous buildings and rooms, and also outside technological installations - without the exit equipment;

with the total floor space of ten thousand square meters and more if ten percent and more this space are occupied by explosion-fire-hazardous buildings and rooms, and also outside technological installations - with the exit equipment;

2) the companies for production of chemical products (alcohols, ethers, pitches, vinyl chloride, fibers, paints and others) using explosion-fire-hazardous substances:
