About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of hours

According to the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 18, 2011 No. 1, and based on article 8 of the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of January 25, 2008 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of the hours classified by codes 9102 11 000 0 and 9102 29 000 0 FEACN CU in the amount of 10 percent from customs value, but at least 4 euros for 1 piece, from November 1, 2014 to August 31, 2015 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) to add line items with codes 9102 11 000 0 and 9102 29 000 0 FEACN CU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "37C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 37C of the following content:

"37C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 10% of customs value, but at least 4 euros for 1 piece, are applied from 01.11.2014 till 31.08.2015 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
