About approval of the State program in the field of counteraction to spread of HIV infection in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2014-2016
In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About counteraction to spread of the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection)" and also for the purpose of further implementation of measures for counteraction to spread of HIV infection the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve the State program in the field of counteraction to spread of HIV infection in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2014 - 2016 according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, other interested ministries and departments:
provide implementation of the State program in the field of counteraction to spread of HIV infection in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2014 - 2016;
to represent quarterly on meetings of the Republican commission on coordination of the actions for counteraction of spread of HIV infection reports on implementation of actions included in the State program in the field of counteraction to spread of HIV infection in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2014 - 2016.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
