1. Approve Regulations on export procedure and import of breeding products (material) according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning agricultural and water economy, conversion of agricultural products and consumer goods of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Regulations on export procedure and import of breeding products (material)

I. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed for the purpose of further development and increase in efficiency of breeding livestock production and determines procedure of export and import of breeding products (material) by subjects of breeding livestock production.

2. In this Provision the following basic concepts are used:

subjects of breeding livestock production - research establishments, the companies and farms on breeding case, the selection centers, hippodromes, laboratories of immunogenetic control, control and test stations, the centers of transplantation of embryos and other legal entities and physical persons - owners of breeding products;

breeding animal - the animal used for reproduction of certain breed, having documentary confirmed origin and registered in accordance with the established procedure;

breeding products (material) - breeding animal, its seed and embryos, breeding egg, silkworm silk-worm eggs;

the certificate - the document confirming origin, productivity and other qualities of breeding animal, and also quality of seed or embryo;

cross-countries - the posterity received as a result of pairing among themselves of the animals belonging to different lines;

lines - the animals similar on type and productivity having the raised capability through the posterity to exert the improving impact on herd and breed;

the exporter - the subjects of breeding livestock production performing export of breeding products (material);

the importer - the subjects of breeding livestock production performing import of breeding products (material).

II. Main conditions of export and import of breeding products (material)

3. Export and import of breeding products (material) is performed according to the scheme according to appendix No. 1 to this Provision according to lists:

the exported breeding products (material) according to appendix No. 2;

the imported breeding products (material) according to appendix No. 3.

Export or import of the breeding products (material) prohibited to export or import according to the legislation is not allowed.

4. The subjects of breeding livestock production exporting or importing breeding products (material) according to contracts in foreign trade perform data entry about breeding products (material) electronically through the Single portal of interactive state services with use of the digital signature in the Single electronic information system of the foreign trade transactions.

5. In case of customs clearance of breeding products (material) the exporter (importer) addresses to bodies of the State Customs Service with provision in the procedure for accompanying documents established by the legislation, and also in addition the certificate on the exported (imported) breeding products (material) and the documents confirming compliance of breeding products (material) to veterinary requirements.

6. The exporter (importer) shall provide transportation of breeding products (material) by the special vehicle and in special container, equipped with all necessary for their life support, according to the international requirements.

7. When exporting and importing breeding products (material) control of accomplishment of veterinary requirements of the International code of health of land animals is exercised by the State committee of veterinary science and development of livestock production of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Veterinary documents when exporting and importing breeding products (material) are drawn up according to the rules approved by the State committee of veterinary science of the Republic of Uzbekistan

8. The importer provides compliance of the imported breeding products (material) to the following requirements:

a) in meat and milk cattle breeding - selection breeding the telok aged is not more senior than 18 months, heifers of no more 6-month stylishness, live weight at least 450 kg, expected otet 30 months with availability of the additional information about the father of fruit are not more senior;

breeding bulls (bull-calves) shall correspond to the breeds divorced in the Republic of Uzbekistan;

manufacturing bulls: thoroughbred, productivity of mothers of bulls in 305 days of lactation is not lower than 10 000 kg of milk, fat content - 3,6 of percent, protein - percent 3,2;

repair bulls: thoroughbred, productivity of mothers of bulls in 305 days of lactation is not lower than 11 000 kg of milk, fat content - 3,6 of percent, protein - percent 3,2;

b) in sheep breeding and goat breeding - selection of young growth of breeding sheep and goats at the age of 6 - 18 months with the strong constitution, for cultivation in the corresponding edaphic-climatic conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

rams and manufacturing goats aged from 18 months and repair rams and goats aged from 6 up to 12 months shall correspond to the breeds divorced in the Republic of Uzbekistan;

c) in camel husbandry - selection of young growth of breeding camels at the age of 1-3 years, and also manufacturing camels aged from 36 months for cultivation in the corresponding edaphic-climatic conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

d) in horse breeding - selection of young growth and producers for cultivation in the corresponding edaphic-climatic conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the relevant constitution:

heavyweight, roadster, riding and draft, draft breeds - with high working qualities;
