About release from provision of ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes concerning the courts imported into the Russian Federation and registered in the Russian international register of courts

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. According to part 3 of article 55 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" to determine that, except as specified, specified in part 8 of article 55 of this Federal Law, ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes is not provided in the relation:

the courts imported on the territory of the Russian Federation and registered in the Russian international register of courts (further - the register), - for date of submission of the customs declaration in the presence of the commitment letter of the customs applicant to provide the registration certificate of the vessel in the register within 45 days from the specified date;

the courts registered in the register - for the entire period of registration.

2. To Federal Agency for Sea and Inland Water Transport and the Federal Customs Service to organize exchange of information about the courts registered in the register and also about the courts which are disposed (disposed) of the register within single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.

3. To the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation together with the Federal Customs Service to approve procedure of implementation of exchange of information, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, for the temporary scheme before introduction in accordance with the established procedure in action of system of interdepartmental information exchange in a month.
