About approval of the National program of monitoring of residual amounts of pesticides and contents of nitrates in phytogenesis foodstuff for 2015-2020

According to provisions of the Law on establishment of the general principles and instructions of the legislation on safety of foodstuff No. 113 of May 18, 2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 143-148, 467), with subsequent changes, the Law on the means of phytosanitary appointment and means increasing fertility of the soil No. 119-XV of April 22, 2004 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 100-103, 510), with subsequent changes and amendments, and for the purpose of monitoring of safety of foodstuff of phytogenesis DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the National program of monitoring of residual amounts of pesticides and content of nitrates in phytogenesis foodstuff for 2015-2020 it (is applied).

2. To the national agency on safety of foodstuff:

1) to provide implementation of the National program of monitoring of residual amounts of pesticides and content of nitrates in phytogenesis foodstuff for 2015-2020;

2) annually to constitute and approve the Schedule of sampling for monitoring of residual amounts of pesticides and content of nitrates in phytogenesis foodstuff according to appendix No. 1 to the Program;

3) to review and approve, since 2017, the indicators provided in appendices No. 2-5 to the Program taking into account the estimated risks for previous years;

4) quarterly to post results of the researched tests on the official site;

5) annually to prepare and represent to the Government and the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment the report on accomplishment of the National program of monitoring of residual amounts of pesticides and content of nitrates in phytogenesis foodstuff for 2015-2020.

3. Financing of the specified National program to perform for the account and within the means approved annually in the national public budget.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment and the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
