Some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 6, 2014 "About reform of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 875

1. Rename public institutions - the territorial subdivisions and public institutions which are under authority of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
