1. Approve Regulations on control of suppliers of medical and pharmaceutical services within system of compulsory medical insurance according to appendix.
2. To head department on quality, assessment and control (Mrs. Ala Ulyanovski):
1) to realize actions for control of suppliers of medical and pharmaceutical services within system of compulsory medical insurance according to this Provision;
2) to provide the publication of this Order in "The official monitor" of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To provide to management on information systems and E-transformation placement of this order on the page of National medical insurance company on the Internet.
4. Cancel the Order No. 280-A of December 28, 2012 "About approval of the Regulations on control of suppliers of medical and pharmaceutical services within system of compulsory medical insurance".
5. To assign control over execution of this order to Mr. Yuriye Osoyanu, the deputy director general of National medical insurance company.
