For the purpose of enhancement of regulation of questions of activities of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone":

to state the name of the Decree in the following edition:

"About creation of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "The industrial park "Great Stone";

in Item 1:

after the words "industrial park" to add Item with the words "The Industrial Park "Great Stone" (Further — the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park)";

the words "8048 hectares" shall be replaced with words "hectare 9150,1";

exclude Items 2-7;

in appendix to this Decree:

in part one:

in paragraph one of the word "8048 hectares" shall be replaced with words "hectare 9150,1";

in the paragraph the second the word Beltransgaz shall be replaced with words "Gazprom Transgaz Belarus";

part two in paragraph three the word Beltransgaz shall be replaced with words "Gazprom Transgaz Belarus".

8. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time:

8.1. approve the list of banks and other legal entities who can be pawnbrokers of the parcels of land and the rights of lease of the parcels of land in the territory of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park;

8.2. provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and take other measures for its realization.

9. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
