According to the subitem 34) Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 11, 2014 "About civil protection" and the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed forms intended for collection of the administrative data "Data on the Fires Requested from Territorial Authorities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

1) general information about the fires according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the data on burning cases which are not subject to accounting as the fires according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) data on origins of the fires according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) data on objects of emergence of the fires according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) data on the fires in the residential sector and their effects according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) data on the steppe fires and fire according to appendix 6 to this order.

2. To committee of fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent official publication in mass media according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to provide placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Timely to provide to territorial authorities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Committee of fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan the data specified in Item 1 of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Smailov Zh. A.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

General information about the fires

1. General provisions

1. This explanation determines single requirements for filling of form General information about the fires (further - the Report form).

2. The report form is developed according to the subitem 34) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 11, 2014 "About civil protection", the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics" and Item 6 of Rules of submission of the administrative data administrative sources on a grant basis approved by the order of the Acting Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the statistics of July 14, 2010 No. 183.

3. The report form is filled and provided with the accruing result since the beginning of year on actual state at the time of provision of the report, based on data of primary accounting.
