For the purpose of receipt of complete and detailed statistical data, details of cash money turnover for use in development of monetary management, the organization cash cash the circulation of the analysis of financial stability from the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic the Board of the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic according to articles 22.0.17 and 63 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic", article 46.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About banks" decides:
1. Approve "The instruction about creation and submission of the report on cash turnovers" it (is applied);
3. Charge to Legal department (R. Melikov), within 3 days to provide submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice for inclusion in the State register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic.

1.1. This Instruction is developed according to article 63 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic", article 46.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About banks" and regulates questions of creation and representation of statistics of cash turnover.
1.2. The statistical reporting on cash turnover provides the detailed information about sources of receipts, the directions of expenditure and remaining balance of cash liquidity (further - cash liquidity) in cash desks of banks, local branches of foreign banks and the national operator of mail service (further - statistical units).
1.3. The purpose of creation of the reporting is receipt of complete and detailed statistical data, details of cash money turnover for use in development of monetary management, the organization cash cash the circulation of the analysis of financial stability from the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Central Bank).
2.1. The statistical reporting is constituted in two forms:
2.1.1. Statistics of cash turnover (The CKO-1) form - appendix No. 1;
2.1.2. The comment according to the statistical reporting of cash turnover (the Form Sko_kommentary) - appendix No. 2.
2.2. The form of the reporting under SKO-1 consists of three Sections:
2.2.1. Section "A": Cash remaining balance for the beginning and the end of the accounting period;
2.2.2. Section "B": Receipt of cash liquidity to cash desk;
2.2.3. "C" Section: Expenditure of cash liquidity from cash desk.
2.3. The transactions reflected in receipt part of the reporting are classified by the following groups of field of activity, legal status and transaction type of statistical unit and clients:
2.3.1. Cash remaining balance for the beginning of the accounting period (A 10) - cash remaining balance for the beginning of the accounting period;
2.3.2. Receipts from legal entities (B 00) - receipts of cash liquidity in operational cash desk of statistical unit on Sales proceeds of goods of the legal entities who are the client of statistical unit (In 10) and Receipts from performance of works (rendering services) statistical unit (In 20):
