About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning aniline and its salts

According to the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 18, 2011 No. 1, and based on article 8 of the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of January 25, 2008 Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning aniline and its salts classified by the FEACN CU code 2921 41 000 0 in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till December 31, 2015 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) to add line item with the FEACN CU code 2921 41 000 0 in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "32C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 32C of the following content: "32C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of August 15, 2014 No. 53 till 31.12.2015 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
