i) holds coordination and conciliatory meetings and takes part in them;

j) makes decisions on conducting checks of activities of bodies of the state housing supervision and bodies of municipal housing control on implementation of the state housing supervision and municipal housing control and carries out such inspections;

k) directs obligatory for execution of the state housing supervision by bodies and bodies of municipal housing control of the instruction about elimination of the revealed violations when implementing the state housing supervision and municipal housing control;

l) provides consideration of the documents submitted by the management official of the subject of the Russian Federation for the purpose of coordination of position assignment or dismissal of the head of body of the state housing supervision;
