About approval of the description of structure of the list of places of arrival of goods on single customs area of the Customs union and places of departure of goods from single customs area of the Customs union

For the purpose of implementation of articles 156 and 162 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed description of structure of the list of places of arrival of goods on single customs area of the Customs union and places of departure of goods from single customs area of the Customs union.

2. The description of structure of the list of places of arrival of goods on single customs area of the Customs union and places of departure of goods from single customs area of the Customs union approved by this Decision is applied prior to use of the register, stipulated in Item 5 Lists of general processes within the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 14, 2015 No. 29 and is used for provision of state members of the Customs union of the relevant information by customs authorities in the Eurasian economic commission.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 90 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
