Chapter 1. General provisions

1.1. The qualification examination is held by examination committee which consists of the chairman and members of the commission as a part of at least seven people. The chairman and at least three members of examination committee are employees of the Bank of Russia.

The members of council on actuarial activities who are not employees of the Bank of Russia can be part of examination committee.

The staff of examination committee is established by the administrative act of the Bank of Russia.

1.2. The qualification examination is taken in Russian without the assistance of the translator. The payment for passing qualification examination from the physical person wishing to enter self-regulatory organization of actuaries (further - the applicant), is not levied.

1.3. The qualification examination is held at least once a year.

Chapter 2. Holding qualification examination

2.2. 2.5. For the answer to the examination card no more than six hours are provided to the applicant. The qualification examination is carried out in two steps for three hours everyone. The break between stages cannot exceed one hour.

2.6. The applicant shall return to the bank representative of Russia the corresponding part of the examination card and papers of information provided by the Bank of Russia for the solution of the examination card after the end of preparation of answers or after time allowed for each stage of qualification examination.

Each sheet of the papers of information provided by the Bank of Russia for the solution of the examination card, except for reference materials and the examination card shall be signed by the applicant.

2.7. By preparation of answers to questions of the examination card the applicant can use the personal calculator, and also the reference and other materials provided by the Bank of Russia.

The calculator shall have function of zeroing of memory or to be non-programmable, and also not to perform function of the means of communication, storage of the database and not to have access to data transmission networks (including to the Internet).

The applicant before passing qualification examination shall provide the calculator in examination committee for memory zeroing.

2.8. When holding qualification examination it is forbidden to the applicant:

use regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, normative and other acts of the Bank of Russia, reference and other materials (except for materials, the stipulated in Item 2.7 presents of the Instruction), and also the computer equipment, means of communication, photo and video filming;

conduct negotiations with other applicants;
