According to subitem 46-5) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterinary science" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of planning and holding veterinary actions against especially dangerous diseases of animals.
2. To provide to department of veterinary and food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. These rules of planning and holding veterinary actions against especially dangerous diseases of animals (further – Rules) are developed according to subitem 46-5) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterinary science" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for planning and holding veterinary actions against especially dangerous diseases of animals.
1-1. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:
1) livestock - total quantity of any animals in certain territory;
