About creation of the Electronic information network for receipt of a visa of the Republic of Tajikistan and implementation of the electronic visa of the Republic of Tajikistan to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship

According to article 21 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" and for the purpose of simplification of entrance and departure of foreign citizens and stateless persons, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Create the Electronic information network for receipt of a visa of the Republic of Tajikistan and implement the electronic visa of the Republic of Tajikistan to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship since March 1, 2015.

2. Determine that the electronic visa of the Republic of Tajikistan is effective within 90 days and its owner can be in the territory of the republic no more than 60 calendar days from the date of entrance. The electronic visa is issued to those foreign citizens and stateless persons which have the right to receive the visa of the Republic of Tajikistan in the simplified procedure. This visa free and her applicant shall pay 30 dollars of the United States of America for processing of the single electronic visa or 50 dollars of the United States of America for processing of the repeated electronic visa by means of internationally acknowledged electronic networks. In case of refusal petitions, this amount to the applicant does not return. The cost of processing of electronic visas can change the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan by the principle of reciprocity. This action is drawn up in the form of the order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Determine that the money arriving from electronic processing of electronic visas is transferred to the special account of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan go for financing of the diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad which are on self-financing.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- together with other interested ministries and departments to prepare technical requirement on creation and implementation of the Electronic information network for receipt of a visa of the Republic of Tajikistan and implementation of the electronic visa of the Republic of Tajikistan to foreign citizens and stateless persons in a month and within the next month to hold the international tender with participation of any number of participants;

- financing of this initiative to perform due to issue of foreign passports of the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan having the electronic medium of information;

- in accordance with the established procedure to inform foreign states on introduction in the Republic of Tajikistan of electronic visas to foreign citizens and creation of the Electronic information network on issue of visas of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- till January 1, 2015 to bring all regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to provide specific proposals on modification and amendments to the current legislation.

5. Determine that further technical supply, updating, maintenance up to standard of the equipment and programs of the Electronic information network for issue of visas of the Republic of Tajikistan and the electronic visa of the Republic of Tajikistan is performed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of the means arriving from issue of foreign passports, having the electronic medium of information, and also electronic visas of the Republic of Tajikistan.
