2. To provide to department of water and biological resources together with Committee on water resources in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1) the direction on official publication of this order within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in mass media;

1) the direction of the copy of the order on the paper and electronic medium on official publication in information system of law of Ad_let in time not exceeding ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1) publication of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nysanbayev E. N.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Issue of Permission to Special Water Use"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Permission to Special Water Use" (further - the state service) is rendered based on the Standard of the state service "Issue of Permission to Special Water Use" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 3, 2014 No. 607 (further - the Standard) by basin inspectorates for regulation of use and protection of water resources of Committee on water resources of the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

Reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service are performed through office of service providers.

2. Form of provision of result of rendering the state service: paper.

3. Result of rendering the state service - permission to special water use (further - permission) in paper form.

2) head of the service provider;

3) head of the relevant structural division of the service provider;

4) contractor of the relevant structural division of the service provider.

8. The description of the sequence of procedures (actions) between structural divisions (workers) of the service provider:

1) the employee of office of the service provider within 1 (one) working day from the date of receipt of documents, carries out registration of the received documents, and submits the head of the service provider, at the same time in the right bottom corner of the statement the registration stamp in state language with indication of receipt date and the entering number is put down;

2) the head of the service provider within 1 (one) working day from the date of receipt of documents writes to their head of the relevant structural division of the service provider;
