About approval of Provisional regulations for licensing and issue of permissions in the field of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of streamlining of licensed activity in the field of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 8 and 18 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic" and article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Provisional regulations for licensing and issue of permissions in the field of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors in the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To public service on control of drugs under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in 3-month time to bring in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- the bill of the Kyrgyz Republic directed to reduction of article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic" and article 10 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- the draft of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic directed to reduction of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of implementation of the state control over drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 22, 2004 to No. 466 in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic".

3. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication and is effective till December 31, 2014.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1. The sphere of regulation of this provision are:
