About transactions of purchase and sale of foreign currency in the domestic foreign exchange market
Based on paragraphs of the third and eighth of Article 33 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that till January 1, 2017:
1.1. in the stock foreign exchange market transactions of purchase and sale of foreign currency without restriction on the amounts of transactions are performed. Obligatory detail of purchasing requests of foreign currency in the stock foreign exchange market is the maximum buying rate of foreign currency on which these requests can be performed;
1.2. in the curb foreign exchange market the following transactions of purchase and sale of foreign currency are performed:
purchase of foreign currency by banks from subjects of currency transactions in the amount no more than twenty lots established at the exchange biddings, one of foreign currencies a day on each subject of currency transactions;
sale of foreign currency by banks to subjects of currency transactions in the amount no more than twenty lots established at the exchange biddings, one of foreign currencies under each agreement (transaction), but no more than twenty lots established at the exchange biddings a day on each subject of currency transactions;
purchase and sale of foreign currency between banks, between banks and nonresident banks.
2. No. 788 is excluded according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of 19.12.2014
3. Operation of this resolution does not extend to currency exchange transactions with participation of physical persons.
