4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan and Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to establish the approved simplified procedure for entrance and departure of citizens of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Item of border trade of "Humrogi" of the Vanchsky Region of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, to determine places of their temporary stay, to provide customs control and security measures.

5. Taking into account interests of the parties to provide to executive body of the government of the Vanchsky Region of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region together with bodies of customs and border control observance of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and the international rules, to consider and to quickly resolve issues of the organization of Item of border trade in the territory of this area.

6. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on adoption of this resolution.
